Hello Crafters!
Crafting has always been something that I have enjoyed, however, as I got older it became slightly less enjoyable as projects I had attempted to make didn’t turn out or weren’t achievable due to lack of tools. Then I discovered the Cricut machine and the opportunities seemed endless. If you are familiar with crafting you may have heard of the Cricut machine. The Cricut machine is a cutting machine that allows you to make a variety of different custom or pre-designed items. Cuts can be done by creating your design on the app or choosing a pre-made design that you like. Once you have found a design you like, you send the information to the machine via BlueTooth or USB cord and it will cut the pattern into your material. I found that this app was challenging at first but I have slowly learned the basics. Examples of things I can make with the Cricut machine are iron-on patterns for shirts, customized stickers, and cards. In addition to practicing and advancing my customization skills on the app, I will also be practicing my production skills with iron-on materials.
